Rue Buorbon in Burgos Circle, the Fort became popular among working people and students from Makati and Taguig. It was just about a year when they expanded. They have grown into 2 branches in a short period of time. The other branch was successfully built in the business district of the Philippines, known as Makati City.

October 27, 2012, we reserved a nice u-shaped comfortable seat for 10 on the 2nd floor of the restaurant just through a phone call. Its that easy! Me and my colleagues celebrated our Anesthesiologist's depidida party. Believe me, you need a place like this to spend your precious money and time if you really want to enjoy every second of it. Many youngsters and professionals go to this cozy place to chill, relax, bond and just simply have fun after class or work. We even met other doctors from our hospital here... unexpectedly.

When we got to the known Caramel Beer pub, we were immediately assisted by the waiters. All the staff there were approachable and amiable. "Nothing beats the smile you put on your face when serving people"

Its time to order!!! We had quite a huge budget for the night so we went for the package menu. We chose the package 1, where in you have 2 servings per platter. It was not mind wrecking to decide what will we order because the best sellers in the menu are already in the paclage 1.

The Package 1 costs Php 4, 500. Its pretty cheap, if you'll consider the amount and quality of the food. From what I remember, we had 5 different dishes (2 servings per dish) and 2 pitchers of Mojito (classic mojito and mango mojito (they have strawberry mojito as well... i have not tried it... im not a big fan of strawberry) ).

unfortunately, the Buorbon BBQ ribs was not available that time but heyyy... It was replaced by the yummy buffalo fingers!!! ohhh lala. (Disclaimer: Caramel Beer is not included in the package 1)
